Milling machine operation method:
1. Place the rice mill on the workbench smoothly and plug in the power plug.
2. Determine the whitening time and adjust the timing knob.
3. Take out the pressure in the hopper, take the brown rice into the feeding hopper, and let it flow into the whitening room. Press the power button to start, then lower the pressure.
4. At the specified time, the rice mill will automatically stop, first remove the hopper and remove the mink. Then insert the hopper, and then take out the pressure, so that the polished rice in the whitening room falls into the hopper, turn the timing knob to 0 position, press the power button to make the grinding wheel idling for a few seconds, so that all the rice in the whitening room is dropped. Then pull out the rice and sift through the sieve to get the measured rice.
Rice mill note:
1. Before entering the falling hopper, brown rice should be checked for metal objects and stones to avoid damage to the grinding wheel.
2. After the whitening is completed, the front rotating block should be pulled out, and the rice sugar in the residual whitening room should be cleaned up so as not to affect the accuracy of the sample.
3, the accuracy of whitening needs to determine the number of samples and whitening time from the varieties of brown rice, the number of low-precision samples is 17-18g, the whitening time is slightly shorter; the number of high-precision samples is 20g, and the whitening time is slightly long.
4. When the machine is used for a long time and the high-moisture brown rice is crushed, when the rice bran bonding wheel affects the whiteness, the wheel can be removed by a wrench, and the powder is brushed with a wire brush, and can be used as it is.
