Position: Shop Assistant / Store Keeper

Reporting Line: Store Manager
Job Description

1. Must, by the highest professionalism possible, adhere to, operate and maintain the organizational goals and values of consistently delivering quality service and value to the business and her customers.
2. Constantly maintaining the clean and friendly environment of the store and its merchandize.
3. Assisting customers in the store for example in locating merchandize, making purchase decisions, etc, packing and boxing of already paid supplies.
4. Help in maintaining the traffic in and round the store.
5. Constantly making sure, low merchandize is restocked on the shelves, fridges, the Store, etc and raising requests as well, if need be.
6. Must constantly take note of requests from customers and submit in daily / weekly report to Store Manager or Head of Procurement as they case may be.
7. Assist with and manage inter-store movements.
8. Other Tasks as Assigned.

Abilities, qualifications & Personality
1. Must be sincere to self, diligent and consistent.
2. Must be a person willing to serve and have integrity.
3. Minimum of SSCE.
4. Must be agile and clean at all times and maintain personal hygiene.
5. Little or no experience with very good interpersonal skills and willingness to learn.
6. Must be polite and friendly and must always maintain decorum and have a good sense of judgment.
7. Must be ready and available for full time employment in an agile and innovative environment that supports personal and business growth.

Job Description

2. Make Point of Sale transactions, generate daily reports and Manage and Maintain clean, organized Teal Area.
3. Manage and Maintain Point of Sale Card Machine.
4. Constantly maintaining the clean and friendly environment of the store and its merchandize.
5. Must constantly take note of requests from customers and submit in daily / weekly report to Store Manager or Head of Procurement as they case may be.
6. Always be ready to pass information or feedback to the management.
7. Receive, confirm and process orders received via other sales channels.
8. Other Tasks as Assigned.
