JOB DESCRIPTION

JOB ROLE: EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT TO THE MD/CEO (Male preferably)
EDUCATION: LL. B (Hons)
AGE: 24-30years
INDUSTRY: Primarily Real Estate
LOCATION: FCT Abuja

Duties:
 Conserves executive's time by reading, researching, and routing correspondence; drafting letters and documents; collecting and analyzing information; initiating meetings and communications.
 Maintains MD/CEO's appointment schedule by planning and scheduling meetings, conferences, teleconferences, and travel.
 Contributes necessarily during decision making
 Represents the MD/CEO by attending meetings in the executive's absence; speaking for the executive.
 Prepares reports by collecting and analyzing information.
 Provides historical reference by developing and utilizing filing and retrieval systems; recording meeting discussions.
