World football governing body Fifa bans Chelsea from signing players for the next two transfer windows for breaching rules covering young players Chelsea has just 3 days to appeal the ban or comply to Fifa’s terms. The ban includes a fine of £460,000 in addition to that, the English FA was also fined £390,000 and were given six months to improve their dealings with international players under 18 years.
