you can do an MSc abroad with your HND but you'll most likely have to do a pre-degree course first before starting the MSc proper. i think undecided

I think c0dec is right. Alternatively u can email the schools (u prefer) and tell them ur qualifications. I know schools arent always rigid on admission policies. Some do have waivers.

Depending on specific countries abroad, you can definitely do an MSc directly with your HND. I know folks with HND (upper credit) who went ahead to pursue MSc studies without recourse to a PGD. Give your vision a shot, bro
