A rape medical examiner was arrested for defiling a 14 years old rape victim that came to him for medical extermination Samuel Mutisya is a clinical examiner in Makeunu Kenya. He was arrested and charged with raping his 14 years old patient. The girl was sent to him to be examined but he end up rapping her. Samuel Mutisya Mr. Samuel appeared before a Kenyan judge but he pleaded not guilty, the case was postponed till March 14, 2019. According to the report, the 14-year-old girl claimed that 4 men have raped her since January 2019.
