I am hoping to know if anyone could give me insights on the possibilities of finding Nigerian or Foreign Blogs or Websites that can offer free publication service for some articles I intend to publish in a series of diverse topics, mostly technological.

I know there are those who do only premium publications, however, I won't mind using any section of their Blog or website for free entries.
