*FIBROID*
FIBROID CURE: The natural and effective remedy to get rid of Fibroid without drugs or surgery.

Uterine Fibroid are non-cancerous tumors that grow from the muscle layers of the uterus (womb). Nowadays, 3 out of every 5 women thece fibroid. Fibroid can be as small as a pea or as large as a grapefruit. They are also known as leiomyomas, uterine myoma, fibromyoma or as hysteromyoma.

FACTS ON FIBROIDS:
They usually develop between the ages of 16 to 50 years. These are the reproductive years during which estrogen levels
are higher.
Fibroids are most common during the reproductive years.
It is unclear exactly why they form, but they appear to develop when estrogen levels are higher.
Most people experience no symptoms, but they can include lower backache, constipation, and excessive or painful uterine bleeding leading to anemia.
Complications are rare, but they can be serious.

TYPES OF FIBROID
1- Intramural fibroid: These are the most common types of fibroid. These are located/embedded in the wall of the uterus.

2- Subserosal fibroid: These are located outside the wall of the uterus. They extend beyond the wall of the womb and grow within the surrounding outer uterine tissue layer. They can develop into pedunculated fibroid (stalks) and can become quite large.

3- Submucosal fibroid: These are located in the muscle beneath the inner lining of the uterus wall. This type can push into the cavity of the womb.

4- Cervical fibroid: These are located in the neck of the womb, known as the cervix..

CAUSES OF FIBROID
Experts cannot come to a common consensus about why fibroid occur, therefore it remains unclear exactly what causes fibroids..

1- Family history: Genetic factors are thought to impact the development of fibroids.
Women whose mothers and/or sisters have/had fibroid have a higher risk of developing them too.

2- Pregnancy: They may be related to estrogen levels. When estrogen levels are high, especially during pregnancy, fibroids tend to swell. They are also more likely to develop when a woman is taking birth control pills that contain estrogen.
Childbearing lowers the risk of developing fibroids. The risk reduces each time a woman gives birth.

3- Hormone: During the reproductive years, estrogen and progesterone levels are higher.
Low estrogen levels can cause fibroids to shrink, such during and after menopause.

There is also evidence that red meat, alcohol, and caffeine could increase the risk of fibroids, and that an increased intake of fruit and vegetables might reduce it.

Being overweight or obese increases the risk of fibroids.

SYMPTOMS OF FIBROID
Most women have no symptoms. That is why most patients with fibroid do not know they have them. Symptoms include:
1- Anemia (as a result of heavy periods)
2- Backache
3- Constipation
4- Discomfort in the lower abdomen (especially if fibroid are large)
5- Frequent urination
6- Heavy painful periods
7- Pain in the legs
8- Painful sex
9- Swelling in the lower abdomen (especially if fibroid are large)
10- Labor problems
11- Pregnancy problems
12- Fertility problems
13- Repeated miscarriages

FIBROID TREATMENT OPTIONS
There are 2major ways to get rid of fibroid:
1- Medical way
2- Natural way

1- MEDICAL WAY (i-iv)

i- Removing the fibroid by surgery using laparoscopy (myomectomy),

ii- Removing the entire uterus (hysterectomy).

iii- To shrink a fibroid for a short time, hormone therapy with a gonadotropin-releasing hormone analogue (GnRH-a) puts the body in a state like menopause.
This shrinks both the uterus and the fibroid. Fibroid grow back after GnRH-a therapy has ended.

iv- To shrink or destroy fibroid without surgery, uterine fibroid embolization (UFE) (also called uterine artery embolization) stops the blood supply to the fibroid. The fibroid then shrinks and may break down. UFE preserves the uterus, but pregnancy is not common after treatment. UFE is not usually
recommended for women who plan to become pregnant.
