As part of the commitment of his administration to ensure effective health care service delivery, the Ondo State governor, Arakunrin Oluwarotimi Akeredolu, SAN, has unveiled his administration's plan to build a beffiting structure at the Akure General hospital.

The Governor disclosed that some of the old buildings at the State Specialist Hospital would be pulled down, starting from next month, to give way for beffiting modern structures.

Akeredolu made this known during his Thank You Tour to Akure South Local Government Area on Thursday. He added that his government would not relent in its efforts to make learning more effective for the young ones across the state through constant investment in education.

While appreciating Akeredolu for fulfilling his campaign promises, especially in the area of infrastructural development, the Deji of Akure Kingdom, Oba Aladelusi Aladetoyinbo, saluted the governor for his prudent management of the state resources.

The Deji said he was particularly delighted that Governor Akeredolu did not allow the debt his administration inherited from the immediate past government to deter him from lifting the state from the woods.
