What you heard cannot be confirmed until you get the info yourself, that is what you hear from the horses mouth. @Kikeige ur phone is among the new generation phones, as such free unlock is not yet available the other methods available a quite complicated which means either you pay to get the unlock code or you unlock it yourself(which is at ur own risk). if u are interested in the later post ur email i will forward it to u free.

i use a mtn fastlink Hauwei modem, do i get the serial no.

i did it myself i was not using any unlock code b4 d upgrade. Afta d upgrade wen i switch d phone on it asks for lock code i will type 911 & attempt emergency call wen i end d call i will b able to acess d phone.if i restart it it will ask for lock code again.I will try dese code u gave me
