REQUIREMENTS (SECURITIES REQUIRED)

Please note that every successful applicant MUST PROVIDE any one of the

2 securities listed below to mitigate against loss/ losses incurred as a

direct result of employee misconduct in the areas of fraud, theft or

dishonesty in handling company assets that includes


a. Cash

b. Phone/Tablet device

c. Pos device



The 2 required securities are as follows:



(1) Must buy an Insurance Policy Cover (50,300 Principal +Premium)


OR


(2) Provide any other acceptable security/ to mitigate against

loss/losses incurred as a direct result of employee misconduct in the

areas of fraud, theft or dishonesty in handling company assets that

includes

Referees/Guarantors

Due to the high rate of failure by Referees and Guarantors to help

recover losses incurred as a direct result of employee misconduct in the

areas of fraud, theft or dishonesty in the Nigerian labor market;

THE COMPANY WILL NOT ACCEPT Referees /Guarantors as acceptable

securities.



Agent Banking – A compelling reason for candidates to provide acceptable

securities

In addition to the sales of our unique product, our sales & marketing

representative will be offering Agent Banking services which includes

cash withdrawal services, cash deposit, funds transfer, bills payment

like dstv, gotv, startimes, PHCN, etc hence the need for all successful

applicants to provide acceptable securities.




Insurance Policy Cover

The company has engaged the services of a leading

insurance company to provide Fidelity Guarantee insurance cover to sales

representatives.


Insurance Certificate

The Insurance Company shall issue a policy certificate in the name of

the sales representative immediately at the point of purchase of the

insurance cover.


Employment Contract

Successful Candidates will sign and pick up the employment contract

after presenting the Insurance Certificate.



Sales & Marketing Training

All successful applicants will commence sales and marketing training

thrice weekly for a period of two weeks starting from next week.


Candidates Exempted From the Interview

Candidates that cannot provide acceptable securities need not come for

the interview.


CANDIDATES OUTSIDE LAGOS

An email interview will be conducted on the 5th of April 2019 for

candidates residing outside Lagos that cannot come to Lagos for the

interview. Such candidates will have to send an email requesting for an

email interview and indicating their State of Residence.
