Please what is a fair price for a building project supervisor. It's a two bedroom and 2 one bedroom semi detached house. Hoping for a sincere and favourable answer. Thanks.

Minimum of 7% of the cost of the project. But you need to factor in time and other logistics. If it’s not a continuous project and he will be performing other duties outside supervision, you may consider increasing the percentage.
