Job brief
The Data Clerk is responsible for Collating, Processing and Presenting data collected from the Brand promoters and Supervisors. He/she is expected to deliver on overall objectives as set or assigned by the S & CM Analyst.

Responsibilities
Administrative
 Collate, Process and Maintain accurate Data and Reports
 Share accurate daily Brand promoter reports in on time and in full as per reporting cycles for all BA KPI’s
 Track and report BAs daily attendance
 Maintain and report stock level report across the Modern Trade Channel
Communication:
 Send daily report and competitor activities to the line manager/Supervisor.
 Prepare and Share monthly summary of all tracked BA KPIs with the Commercial Team

Education:
• OND/ B.SC from a recognized University
Experience:
• A minimum of 1 year experience in any organization
