The Click-On Kaduna Digital Skills Development Program is a component of the Digital Jobs in Nigeria initiative in Kaduna State which aims to help increase employment for disadvantaged youth aged between 18-40 in the state by catalyzing the use of Information and Communication Technology (ICT) for economic opportunity creation. he desired outcome of the Click-On Kaduna Digital Skills Development Program is to create a pool of digitally relevant youths who are able to trade their technical ICT skills in return for an upscale of their income through skills matching opportunities in formal setups (internship & employment opportunities). The program is expected to last for 9 Months with an intensive 6 months programme geared toward enhancing the skillset of participants for the program.

PROGRAMME OBJECTIVES
The Digital marketing, Graphics & Designs stream is a combination of marketing skills with brand graphic design and positioning to attract more potential clients in a highly sought out marketplace demanding this kind of skillsets to make actionable impression in a more globally driven marketplace.
Student who complete the digital marketing series would be able to harness the power of digital marketing as a core driver to reaching out to more people across a targeted demography than when compared to traditional marketing. Students become proficient in using different channels for Business to Consumers (B2C) and Business to Business (B2B) impression which will provide competitive edge to clients who adopt a digital marketing approach.
The two streams available on the digitals skills programme are:
1. Programming & Tech: You will have the unique opportunity to learn to build web and mobile applications using the latest programming languages
2. Digital Marketing, Graphics & Design: You will have the unique opportunity to learn to market businesses using digital marketing tools and branding for effective messaging
Both the Programming & Tech and Digital Marketing, Graphics & Design Streams will have a male only and women only cohort.
GENERAL ELIGIBILITY CRITERIAL
The selection process would put into consideration the following
50% of the persons selected must be female
Persons selected must be residents of Kaduna State
Must be between the ages of 18 and 40 years
Must be available to attend classes without interruption for the duration of the program
Having a tertiary qualification from a recognized institution with NYSC is ONLY an added advantage that will count towards the selection process but does not limit self taught and passionate participants from participating and being considered for the program.
Must be available for the entire period of the training.
