PUBLIC SERVICE ANNOUNCEMENT
COMMITTEE TO INVESTIGATE THE CIRCUMSTANCES SURROUNDING THE 2015 ABORTED RECRUITEMNT EXERCISE INTO THE DELTA STATE CIVIL SERVICE
It is hereby announced for the information of the general public, especially Deltans who were considered in the 2015 aborted recruitment exercise into the Delta State Civil Service, that the 9-man committee constituted by the state government to investigate the circumstances surrounding the aborted recruitment exercise has concluded arrangement to screen the affected candidates as follows:
a. Delta North Senatorial District:
i. Date - 10th April, 2019 (Aniocha North, Aniocha South, Oshimili North and Oshimili South LGAs)

11th April, 2019 (Ika North East, Ika South, Ukwuani, Ndokwa East and Ndokwa West LGAs)

ii. Venue - Association of Senior Civil Servants of Nigeria Conference Hall, opposite SUBEB, Maryam Babangida Way, Asaba.
iii. Time - 10.00 a.m. prompt.

b. Delta Central Senatorial District:
i. Date - 16 April, 2019 (Ethiope West, Ethiope East, Okpe and Uvwie LGAs.)
17th April, 2019 (Sapele, Udu, Ughelli North and Ughelli South)
Venue - Association of Senior Civil Servants of Nigeria Conference Hall, opposite SUBEB, Maryam Babangida Way, Asaba.
Time - 10.00 a.m. prompt.




c. Delta South Senatorial District:
i. Date - 23rd April, 2019 (Isoko North, Isoko South, Patani and Bomadi LGAs).

24th April, 2019 (Warri North, Warri South, Warri South West and Burutu LGAs).

ii. Venue - Association of Senior Civil Servants of Nigeria Conference Hall, opposite SUBEB, Maryam Babangida Way, Asaba.
iii. Time - 10.00 a.m. prompt.

d. Mop Up Screening Exercise:
i. Date - 25 April, 2019
ii. Venue - Association of Senior Civil Servants of Nigeria Conference Hall, Opposite SUBEB, Maryam Babangida Way, Asaba.
iii. Time - 10.00 a.m. prompt
2. Accordingly, all affected candidates considered in the exercise are by this announcement requested to appear before the committee with the originals of the under listed documents, which will assist the committee determine their suitability for the desired employment.
a. Online Registration Slip
b. Appointment Letter
c. Birth Certificate/Age Declaration
d. Qualifications Obtained
e. NYSC/Exemption Certificate
f. Letters of Identification:
i. Local Government of Origin;
ii. Traditional Ruler;
iii. Councillor; and
iv Community Chairman/Leader/President General.
3. The affected candidates are to commence registration formalities by 9. 00 a.m. prompt.
