What is your favourite food from another Nigerian tribe ??
Mine is ojojo .
It's a cuisine from southwestern Nigeria, Ijebu to be precise .
It is made with grated water yam, and spiced with onion, dry pepper flakes, salt...and then fried in balls

I loved ojojo the very first time I tasted it, and I would not mind eating it everyday .

I also love hygienically prepared kunu and fura de nunu from Northern Nigeria...Suya and kilishi too

That soup they use broom to cook from Yoruba

Starch from delta I think.

edikiako ( hope I spell it well ) , cooked with isam from Calabar kitchen .

Ondo State food in general (Yoruba). For obvious reasons.

Banga soup
