This morning at an undisclosed NYSC orientation, there was downpour very early this morning which prevented the mobilization of corps member down to the parade ground by 5am from happening. The rain started around 4:50 and ended some minutes after 6. As soon as the rain stopped, the normal regimental system resumes. Corps member was mobilized by the annoying bugle sound - that people has given different interpretation to its tune - and many of the Corp member wore their jacket to the parade ground because of the cold.
