RECRUITING ASSET OFFICERS IN LAGOS

Our client in the automobile industry is looking to hire asset officers to join its very vibrant team. We are looking to hire an individual who values teamwork and is willing to put in work to achieve great results.


Job Summary

The Asset officer would be responsible for a number of vehicles within a storage location. A minimum of thirty(30) vehicles. He is responsible for the entire condition of the vehicles, until the period when the vehicles are sold. He also serves as a business development personnel within the designated location. He manages the sales and marketing strategies and oversees the overall performance of the location. He reports to the Location Manager directly and the Head, Retail, and Storage, indirectly. He would also be required to relate to the various stakeholders of the company.

Job Description

Ensure safety precautions are adhered to, in order to prevent operational hazards within allotted location
Plan and execute activities aimed towards meeting goals and targets
Interface with clients and stakeholders on a regular basis
Ensure that all vehicles within a location are properly checked and examined to ensure safety
Maintain an effective reporting system. Create detailed and accurate reports about all activities within a particular location. This should be escalated to your manager.
Ensure that the vehicles are aligned to meet the company display standards
Provide excellent customer service to clients and build profitable relationships and trust.
Partake in training sessions and meetings as required
Other tasks as may be assigned by management


Qualifications

Minimum of OND qualification
Experience in a similar role would be an added advantage

Good use of Microsoft office tools
Must have excellent interpersonal skills
