Noble Igwe's tailor was reportedly arrested by the policemen in Lagos, for reportedly having tattoos as confirmed by the blogger. It was further gathered that the policeman on duty said he arrested Noble Igwe's tailor  for having tattoos because it has “cultism tendencies".

In those developed countries their pastors don't preach that any body with tottoos are criminals. Most of this policemen are Christen's who attend such church's and will carry that preaching to work.
