The inhabitants of Aba and other towns in Abia State are now living like refugees. The now sleep in churches and bushes at least out reach of kidnappers. One of my friends keeps asking is how on earth could the AIG at Umuahia, that would better be regarded as inactive considering the spate of kidnap and other security issues that happened under his nose be appointed the new IG of POLICE. The mind probing question here is "does the madness of 2011 also call for this insensity?"
