The Minister of Finance, Zainab Ahmed, has disclosed how the Federal Government will make use of the proceeds from the $15 billion Green Bond. She made this known during a media briefing at the end of the 2019 Spring Meetings of the World Bank Group (WBG) and International Monetary Fund (IMF).
