That Trump was hired as someone's chief strategist and adviser doesn't mean that Trump was poor. I'm pretty sure Trump was almost as rich as Tyson then. Because he hired him as a chief strategist doesn't mean Trump was lowly placed or subjugated. Big men give big men sensitive positions that concerns their wealth. There's nothing inspirational here. Calm down, he wasn't broke but wasn't commanding anything near Mike earnings in 1988. Tyson was earning over $30 million a Night and generated over $400 million altogether. Donald got $14 million to get started not $100 million and filed for bankruptcy about 2 years after working for Mike.

Also. Trump has always been wealthy and his being "employed" by Tyson does not mean he is his boy.

when people like Trump or Dangote declare bankruptcy it does not mean they are literally broke, as in shingba broke. It simply means their liabilities have far surpased their assets and they can no longer afford to service their debt. Sometimes it's simply used as a mechanism to get out of debt or restructure your company. But best believe they still have plenty cash in the bank. Even at the time Trump declared bankrupt you better believe he still had enough cash to buy Tyson 3 times over.
