The Registrar of the Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB), Ishaq Oloyede, an educator, expressed this in Lagos on Tuesday amid the capture of two offspring of the proprietor of a PC based test (CBT) focus, who admitted to offering counterfeit UTME questions and replies to clueless people.

The middle Risk Global Company Limited, which is situated on 300, Ikorodu Road, Anthony Village, is claimed by a previous financier, Emeka Ukpai.

The suspects, Godswill Ukpai and David Ukpai, are his first and second child individually.
