ABOUT THE JOB

Our client, an HR services and recruitment firm in Nigeria is currently recruiting for a Marketing Officer to drive major marketing activities that would increase sales and grow revenue. The Marketing Executive in the process of performing his duties would liaise with several trading departments such as Sales, Marketing, Supplies within the organization, establish rapport with other trading partners outside of the organization and give feedback directly to the Marketing Supervisor in a bid to achieve business objectives.


JOB QUALIFICATIONS

The ideal candidate must possess;

BSc/HND in any discipline
Minimum of 3 years work experience in a similar field
Experience must include on-field sales and marketing
Experience in Brand management & Promotion is an added advantage
Familiarity and good knowledge of the FMCG, Telecomms and Insurance Industry is an added advantage

Technical competencies

Good understanding of Sales & Marketing of intangible Goods & Services
Ability to confidently pitch business ideas to clients
Proficiency in business proposal writing
Ability to strategically develop & articulate exceptional returns on investment
Top level engagement know- how
Practical knowledge and ability to understand the client's brand identity and goals
Proficiency to develop bespoke overtures to suit the client's brand identity
Pro-actively expand the assigned portfolio
Ability to create & implement strategies that will attract and engage spectators during event activations
Retaining and managing business relationships
Proficiency in budget planning, control, and implementation
Risk & Crisis management

Age requirement: Between the ages of 25 - 29 years
