We have the instruction of the consultants to the under listed oil
blocks to place them for sale on the following conditions:

1. Interested investors to send us LOI to a name,and address to be adviced.

2. Offer letter will be officially given by the seller to the investor
company and documents to the block released to the investor for
perusal.

3. After due diligence meeting will be arranged by the facilitator
between the investor and the alottee.

4. SPA signed by both parties.

5. Payment and transfer of ownership of block takes place.
