Despite assurances from Federal government policies on the economy with the N-Power program as a platform for diversifying skills and also providing young Nigerians with employment, the program may be heading for the pits owing to the selfish interest of those at the helm of affairs to the detriment of beneficiaries with many working for months without getting paid.

This is as a 2016 N-Power beneficiary in Imo State, Mr Ekeocha Wisdom cried to SecretReporters the unfortunate situation he has now found himself for over seven months all in a bid to earn decent money which he could use to fend for himself.

According to Mr. Ekeocha as at August 2018, the 2016 beneficiaries wanted to conduct a National N-Power solidarity rally where they planned to thank President Muhammudu Buhari for initiating the program and also use the avenue to plead with him not to allow them to go back to the street after the expiration of their tenure.
