I need guidance from our esteemed Nairalanders.

I am looking to obtain a letter stating that my sister and mother are financially dependent on me and my wife.

Does anyone have experience with this kind of letter and where can I get it?

I suspect this type of letter falls under the responsibility of Nigeria Ministry of Foreign Affairs but I could be wrong. Any advise would be greatly appreciated.
