Today, the society lacks moral because they have no knowledge about the custom(culture) of the land. The customary court was designed to passed judgement according to the custom and believe of the people and most times we fall victim because we lack basic knowledge of our culture.
Knowing the uniqueness of your culture is a key to nation building.
Ika as a nation is blessed with a unique culture and it's beauty can never be over emphasize. For a very long time farming has been a major part of our culture, which has helped boost the revenue and general well being of ika land.
But in the early 70's Education became a part of our culture and this has helped propel ika land to this very height. Today we are blessed with individuals doing marvelously in various sectors in the country. Director of currency, CBN governor, the Governor of Delta state, CEO/founder of Zenith bank and many more too numerous to mention are among many that has benefited from this unique part of our culture.

The culture of the people has to be passed to the younger ones and we the apex body of NAIS is appealing with all ika sons and daughters to join us as we take our culture to every child and youth...
