how do you mean? Admin access should do that.

You can use xenforo premium.

I ave it with license and I can install it on your host for a fee.

Om African continent from what I seen something like Mybb is very common really. So please do let me know. People here gave you quite nice suggestion. I know very major forums running on that software for like 20 years or so, so I do not get you at all
