Your point was that Spanish league is made up of two team. So, how did you arrive at that conclusion without consideration of past records?

If you made that conclusion based on the current year, may I tell you that Athletico finished second in this season ahead of Madrid.

Barca and Madrid aside, Sevilla has won Europa three times, Athletico has won one time while Man U has won it once within the last five years. Sevilla and Athletico even dominated Europa cups cos they have won it more than any English team in the last 15 years.

However, apart from spanish team playing in all the past five finals of CL, Athletico has played twice while only Liverpool has made it to final among english team once. So, how did your premises relate to your logical conclusion?

Messi is a one-club player who has won everything in spain. But Ronaldo has won everything in spain, England and move to italy to still dominate. He has even won the Euro's with his country that makes him an all-round achiever. Messi is a good player no doubt but Ronaldo ticks all the boxes

Every year we have 6 teams competing for the league unlike other leagues. There's a strong competition in the EPL than any other league

there are teams like Wolfsburg, spartak Moscow, benfica, Marseille, valencia in the UCL too, lots of uneven matches especially in the group stages and round of 16 matches. UCL gets evened out towards the quarter final stages. the best in some leagues is no match for Wolves in the EPL.
