Ex Super Eagles players of the 90s like JayJay Okocha, Finidi George, Peter Rufai, Daniel Amokachi, Aghaghowa, and others played a novelty football match supporting Governor Akinwunmi Ambode at Agege Stadium Lagos.

Excited Finidi George wrote after the reunion:

"A big thank you to Lagos State Governor, Mr Akinwunmi Ambode @akinwunmiambode for hosting top Nigerian football legends at the Lagos House in Alausa, Ikeja, on Friday.

Governor Akinwunmi Ambode wrote:
