We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Business Development Officers
Location: Lagos
Purpose of Role
The business development officers is responsible for securing new revenue within the institution’s existing portfolio of customers, creating new customers portfolio and also seek out new opportunities for business growth.
The role is expected to have a focus on strategizing, prospective of new customers
The role ensures an excellent client experience at all times and works in collaboration with the every other member of the team to ensure smooth transition of realizations of new business opportunities.
Skills and Requirement:
Identifies, evaluate and pursues potential key sales prospect;
Knowledge of the market, current media issues, social media, competitor behavior and strategy
High level engagement with management team as regards business research, strategy, analysis and development
Primarily responsible for achieving marketing and sales goals and objectives
Provides professional and continuous client support
Books and conducts property viewings and valuations and negotiations on offers
Develops marketing strategies to meet company objectives
Plans, coordinating and implements open – house events for on – going and completed projects
Promotes sales through advertisements ie online and offline advertisement , open house events and listing services
Utilizes social media platforms in engaging the public about company’s property offerings
Acts as an intermediary in negotiations between all parties to ensure successful sales
Coordinate revenue generating activities of the company
Ensure positive brand promotion and representation of the company with regards to property Sales.
Knowledge of Real Estate Industry
Ability to network, prospect and persuade customers.
