Job Title: Graduate Real Estate Analyst

Level: Officer 1

Reporting to: Lead Consultant

Job Type: Permanent

Role:
 Assist in the preparation of real estate research and property management reports
 Assist in the development of appraisal templates and analysis of related appraisal projects
 Work in the brokerage unit to identify and close real estate property sale and/or lease transactions
 Work with the other team members to ensure the attainment of the clients’ and firm’s long and short term goals

Qualification:
A degree in Estate Management or Economics with not more than 2 years’ experience post NYSC

Essential Skills
 Good communication (writing skills)
 Observant, with an eye for details
 Focused and goal-oriented
