I need someone that has adequate knowledge on real estate. I want to write a book on real estate. The book will seek to encourage people to dive into real estate.

Qualifications

1. The person must have adequate knowledge about real estate.
2. The person must have a PC
3. The person should have a copyscape premium account and grammarly premium account ( not a must).
Having a degree in any management course is an added advantage..
4. Having any published work on real estate is also another added advantage.
Note : This is going to be a non fiction book which will seek to motivate people to dive into real estate venture. So you must have knowledge about writing non fiction book. If you have any published work on real estate, you can share me it.
The book will be between 15,000 to 30, 000 word's.
