We are looking for a highly skilled Human Resources Executive who will manage and direct all human resources (HR) tasks for the organization, HR Executive must educate, train, monitor, problem-solve, and ensure company HR policy is followed across all employees.

Job Responsibility
Promotes the company’s vision and mission. Ensure that all employees understand the company’s vision and mission.
Displays vision and mission in strategic positions.
Responsible for all recruitments.
Responsible for training of old staff and orientation for new.
Clocking staff in and out.
Ensuring compliance to dress code and other company policies.
Responsible for the management of leave.
Ensure that the company complies with all laws as regards pension and staff PAYE.
Proper evaluation and documentation of all employees.
Proper rationalization of all employees.
Recommends promotion of qualified and termination of unqualified employees.
In charge of attracting and recruiting quality employees to the company.
In charge of evaluation and appraisal.
Monitors all employees conduct.
Substantiates applicants’ skills by administering and scoring tests.
Provides payroll information by collecting time and attendance records.
Maintains employee information by entering and updating employment and status-change data.
Maintains employee confidence and protects operations by keeping human resource information confidential.
Maintains quality service by following organizational standards.
And any other duty that may be assigned.

REQUIREMENT
HND/B.SC in Human Resources Management or any other related discipline.
2-3 years of experience in a core HR role.
Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.

Personnel / Welfare administration
Industrial Relationship management/ knowledge of Labour law (Domestic & International)
HR Policy development Performance Management

Gross Pay: 200k
