I noticed the persistent transportation issues which affects unilorin students yearly and I'm trying to invest in a Uber business model in Ilorin. I've been trying to work out a reasonable price that is affordable to customers and at the same time profitable for me.
Secondly how do I reach out to people outside the student environment who might need this services.

NB: I'm the driver and it's an automatic vehicle.


Please advise.

Uber model won't work as majority of your target customers won't be able to afford your services. "Campus shuttle" model should work, if such practices are allowed within the Campus.
