A Man was seen in a viral video online fighting a staff of IBEDC. The grabbed the Staff fiercely while turning a deaf hear to pleas and beggings from resident of the community to free the innocent staff. The reason of the fight was suspected to be as a cu-off of electricity in the area by the IBEDC staff, which resulted to the sudden battle.
