The same entities who own companies that manufacture synthetic and genetically modified diets also own the Pharmaceutical Industries, and it will also interest you to know that they own Mortuaries and Cemeteries.

You are grown, diseased, murdered and buried. In the inner circles, we know the real meaning of the word 'Human Resources'.

A Vehicle, no matter what type comes with a pre-installed power plant, you can call it engine if you like, you can call it transmission system, makes no difference to me, I am sure you know what I mean.

To power up the vehicle to take you from point A to point B, the powerplant needs specific fuel type.

The combustion engines require fuel, and you do not put a fucking petrol in a diesel engine, diesel trucks use diesel kids, not petrol. Petrol engines require petrol to move and not water. Water engines require water and so on and so forth.

The Human System is powered by Soul, and guess what the cow, kids has a diet. The goats have their specific diets, the chicken has their specifi diet.

Kids, read me well here. When you were born, you sucked your mother's breast milk. When the Cow pikin was born, the Calves (cow pikin) sucks cow milk.

The Dog pikin sucks Dogs breast, right?

Then how come Adult human decide to drink the milk of a cow milk. Does it mean that human adult or humans in general are children of cows? I think it is plain stupid, to drink cow milk. And I do not care if you have PhD in Foodology, that shiit makes absolutely no sense. I am here to tell you that the greatest foolishness is drinking cows milk, and if you like, say it is 'chemicals' mixed and flavored, that infact is the worst.

Every creature was designed with specific diets. Cows, Chicken, Dog, Donkeys, elephants etc. You hardly see a Cow eating a goat, and you will not see a Lion eating mango.

So I think Human beings are the most stupid animals when it comes to Diet. Because they have forgotten their root, they have forgotten what their real Diet is.

Go back to your Bible and read very well, and I do not have time to research and quote the Bible for you kids, because you have become plain lazy, wasting your time on social media and talking shiit, what you need to do is, that your fuccking teeth was not designed like that of a Lion, your Incissors are fuccking tiny, your premolars and molars are just designed to eat plants, vegetables, fruits and some roots.

So, stop acting as if you are some carnivores cos you are not.

Do you know the most stupid food we eat? Processed food. Do not eat anything from a can, from a bottle, and I do not care how nice it takes. You are living in an animal body, so you must feed the animal and most importantly you must ignite your Spirit, your Soul.

So, let me teach you something you need to do kids if you want to be healthy like me;

Do not ever take anything into your body that is not 'Organic from Earth's Soil'. You are the Living, breathing, walking and talking Soil. Yes, your body is Water, Soil and Oils mixed together with Nutrients from plants powered by the Sun. Our Sun is called Sol for a reason, and your Soul is a fractile of Sol.

Hear me, Hear me. Do not eat animals, if you do, a piece of fish is cool. Just a little. Stop eating fuccking wheat, that shit blocks your circuitory and circulation of plasma through the lymphic system.

The Capitalists knew how silly you all are, that they manufacture 'flavors'. How can you eat something that is not natural.

The Sun is what powers us up in the morning and keep us firing all day. It is the primary source of our energy, cos our skin is lined with SOlar cells, so you are solar powered. It is the primary source. The plants are secondary source of energy of the sun, the plant captures the energy of the sun and holds it with basic nutrients drawn from the soil, and remember the soil is YOU. You are a walking, talking, living Soil powered by Sun.

The animals are the tertiary source of the power of the sun, cos they eat the grass which takes energy of the sun. So kids, stop being stupid, your first go to source of energy is the Sun. It is the cleanest and goes through your skin sharp sharp.

Why not stand on the sun for a few minutes a day and your soul gets powered up. And I do not say go and roast yourself on the sun and start sweating and feeling like shiit. A few minutes under the sun and you have enough to power your Soul for the day.

You want to put something in the stomach for no reason, eat a few plants, it is called Vegetables, take those organic fruits and I need from the Farmiers market. I am a billionaire but I shop at the farmers market myself sometimes and train servants on how pick freshest leaves, herbs and fruits, cos my Wife taught me dietary and I went into resaerch years ago and I am now no longer worried if people think I am getting slimmer cos i am healthier. No carbs, no meat, no bullsshiit. Poor people adore being fat so they can look rich. Only criminals like politicians and other mor0ns get fat when having real money. The greatest worry of an intelligent human is BMI, Body Mass Index and BMR, Basal Mass Rate. It is a strict calculation of the fuel and nutrient your body requires to work daily depending on your routine. Take just enough to power you, cos any extra fuel leads to weight gain, and that is the precursor of all deaths among our people.

Take a fuccking tape and measure your height and buy a fuccking scale and stand on it and get your weight right in relation to your height. And Confirm that you are not overweight. People die everyday and I call it suicide cos most people who have cancer, diebetis, stress, stroke, kidney failure do not know overweight is the first basic cause of those diseases.

You do not weigh as much as a bag of cement and load more fuel into your engine and walk around like a fat turkey and you call yourself 'looking good'.

As for the ladies, listen, stop carrying those big yansh, it is disgraceful to real men. Check out the most intelligent humans, if they have way. their choice of ladies are slim ladies, or well shaped figures who a thing or two about diet.

The more you put these nonsense that is manufactured in laboraties into your bodies and not the things that hold the power of the sun, you are disconnected from the sun.

Do you guys fuccking know what the Sun is ? The Sun is Sol. It is what Powers your fuccking Souls. Stay with the Sol food. Eat the Sun's energy in minute quantity.

And you Yahoo guy that is reading this, you blogger, you online marketer. Your work is not mobile, so you do not spend energy, so you do not even need carbs, you just need water, a few fruits and some plants food, salad etc.

Stop drinking the fuccking Alcohol, if you cant stay, then make your fuccking bear from Rice, from Corn from any plant you can ferment. What happened to Hisbiscus tea tinctured with some Cannabis that gets you the high and the erection.

Stop smoking fuccking weed. Boil that Canabis fresh leaves and drink as tea. Cook it with rice and get the high, fuccking your lady with it and she will know you the man. ANd Ladies learn to cook and eat that Cannabis, it beats cancer like hell.

Meat does not taste good, tastes like chewing a piece of a corpse, and it is a corpse of an animal. True? Yes.

By the way, I am not Vegan or Vegetarian 100%, but when it comes to meat, I know enough to depend on fish, but sparingly for my protein apart from egg and plant protein sources.

First of all, ensure that your BMI and BMR are strictly maintained if you intend to live long, and I know you want to live long, right? Yes.

Food is fuel, nutrition and drug. I want to repeat that, Food is just fuel, nutrition and drug for the physical body. So, you want to make sure that you are ony inputing the drug you need at that point, the nutrition your body needs and just 'exactly' the amount of fuel you need depending on the nature of your daily activities that requires energy.

For cars once you fill the tank it overflows, but for animals once you feel the tank, and overfill it, it expands, you fill it more, the energy goes into muscles and tissues and we call it pot bellie and fat. Well, I do not need to look that way, so I discipline myself and ensure nothing enters my stomach until my weight gets squared to my BMI.

So in essence, some days, I do not eat food, just water and vegetables until I get the right weight. And again, I do not care if people think you are broke or dont have money. It is the thinking among the ignorant people. And you should not worry about what the ignorant people think, they are always wrong, that is why they are the very religious.
