SCOPE OF SERVICES

ARCHITECTURAL / STRUCTURAL DESIGN
We undertake Architectural, Structural design of buildings and Civil engineering structures. We have the capacity of designing up to six storey building and more, also we design using Autocad and Revit Architecture software.

BUILDING CONSTRUCTION AND REFURBISHING
We undertake, as a primary objective, the construction of residential and public buildings including the provision of building services plumbing, air conditioning, lighting and electrification. Our crop of Engineers and Builders can not only study the working drawings and specifications of contracts but also offer advice where necessary.

LANDSCAPING AND INTERIOR DECORATION
As Architects and Builders, we have the advantage of experiencing in tasty details the imposition of the exterior look into the interior and vase versa.

All detached / semidetached bungalows Architectural drawings is in this range
80k to 500k.
Completion of your drawings you will be sent free 3D views.
All Structural drawing designs cost is in this range 80k to 500k.
All Mechanical / Electrical cost is in this range 70k to 400k.

pls how much will it cost to build the 4 bed room duplex.i assume it is a twin duplex.
also on what size of land can it be built.

The four bedroom duplex is not a twin duplex, but if you prefer a four bedroom twin duplex we can as well design and build it for you,these are the following cost:

1) Four bedroom duplex goes for N120,000
2) Four bedroom twin duplex goes for N150,000

Either of the two buildings can be built on a standard plot of 60ft x 120ft and above.
