The major claim she's making here is not necessarily that the course is useless...it's more that the claim the school made on the prospects of its graduates do not stack up. If you understand how UK schools try to attract international students - they make claims like the number of their graduates in graduate employment among others. Graduate employment is huge in the UK and sometimes the university you graduated from plays a huge role, especially in business courses. If you are a graduate of London Business School, Warwick business school, London School of Economics etc, you are favoured more by top employers, than say, you attended University of Bedfordshire, Wolverhampton Business School, Anglian Ruskin University or the like. They may have sexed up their claims in their prospectus and feared the possibility of a judge being swayed by that.
