Graduate employment is huge in the UK and sometimes the university you graduated from plays a huge role, especially in business courses. If you are a graduate of London Business School, Warwick business school, London School of Economics etc, you are favoured more by top employers, than say, you attended University of Bedfordshire, Wolverhampton Business School, Anglian Ruskin University or the like. They may have sexed up their claims in their prospectus and feared the possibility of a judge being swayed by that.
