Anyone blaming Ambode is either mischievous or CLUELESS...

Money for the completion of most of these projects (including the Yaba and Oyingbo bus terminals, Pen Cinema Agege flyover, the 9 jetties, the chalets at Badagry, even the proposed Fagba flyover, etc.) are provided for in the 2019 Budget proposals that he presented to the House of Assembly (after they had initially refused to allow him to address the house and present same in December), but which the House only chose to pass last week (and which BOS immediately signed into law) - after threatening to IMPEACH Ambode if he spends any money! In fact, the ONLY reason the Oshodi Interchange project continued apace was that it is being executed under a Public-Private-Partnership arrangement (and therefore is largely reliant on PRIVATE financing).
