Hi guys I am so in need of a One Terabyte HDD to buy. Which of the following brands is best. Although an engineer told me that WD has a very short life span at Terabyte level. Secondly how do I spot and identify knock offs Vs Genuine. I wouldn't mind if yu hav any to sell. Please advice!!! About this transcend And sure the PRICES.....

Whatever you do, avoid WD 1TB and above. Lost files I gathered over 4 years when my hard drive crashed. Very painful. Transcend seems a better option 1 Like |

I have sold thousands of HDD of course I have sold to family and friends and I must say that no one has ever complained about all... WD, Samsung, my passport and Toshiba. My point is it all depends on who / how it was purchased. Ensure you know the seller and someone you trust. Original HDD don’t come cheap. Also ensure it has the seal on it and comes with warranty. I have 1tb and 2tb loads with 2019 movies including season 8 game of thrones |
