Operatives of the Rapid Response Squad, Lagos state police command, in the early hours of today, rescued a drunk man found unconscious on the road along Awolowo Way, Ikeja.
The operatives who were on a patrol, immediately rushed the man to their ambulance where it was discovered he was intoxicated, and was revived after some hours. He then took the officers to Fela’s Shrine in the Alausa Business District, Ikeja where he had parked his car.
He claimed not knowing how he “wandered” away from where it was parked.
