They are not on band 28(700mhz) that Glo uses. I don't know y dey choose such obscure band sef. But their data is fast in my area and very cheap too

Phone is really good, nice specs, amazing camera.

However, I'd advice you to check out another manufacturer, Huawei is having issues with google and a lot of things are uncertain yet.

Google might eventually ban huawei from accessing their playstore, this could lead to other complications that have nothing to do with updating OS.

So, to avoid stories that touch, look at a different manufacturer like Samsung

Y shud I go for a costly data when a cheaper one exists simply because I have the money? Especially since glo 4g is quite good in my area. I currently use it with a Camon CX.

HUAWEI is good very good enjoying there phone. whatever they have with google will be iron out fast. google are the losers in this case and they are lobbying the usa government to cancel the ban on huawei. buy ur huawei phone and use it no shaking update will still be coming

information is power my brother.....there is nothing wrong with Huawei past models. they will continue to get update. its the 2020 phones that will be role out that might have issue with google.

I currently use the Huawei Honor 5x model.
I am currently having an issue with the phone.
It doesn't give me room to select the network band I want. I am left with no option but to choose 2g/3g/4g automatic network selection. It's close to 2 weeks now and all I get from my Airtel 4g and Mtn 4g sim is Edge.
I can hardly surf the net and even if I did, its damn too slow.
I have recently updated the phone to marshmallow 6.0.

How do I fix this persistent issue?.
