It is not a matter of improving, you know it that someone is better than you, there is need to pannic.

Mind you, it is human nature to pannic when you see a competitor, the first team is not a testing ground, he will not be given the chance. Going to Everton is the best decision in disguise, he is still young, he will get the chance to work more and fight back maybe in better clubs than Arsenal sef.
