One of our clients in the AGRO - ALLIED industry operating in Ibadan is about to begin an Organic Ginger farm with international standard certification exclusively for export to Europe, operating in Ibadan requires for immediate employment a *GINGER FARM MANAGER*

REQUIREMENTS:
1. Qualification : Bsc or Msc in Agriculture Science or its equivalent
2. Experience: 12 to 15 years in Organic Ginger, commercial agriculture and Cash crops
3. Nature of Duty : should be able to plan, execute and advice a commercial Agro Farm and the crop and Manage a team of Technical staff and workers of the Project.
4. Candidate must have a minimum of 12 years in growing Organic Ginger farm working experience.
5. He must also have a good track record (having worked in a similar commercial farm production/s etc)
In addition to above, the candidate must also have thorough knowledge and experience particularly on the following:
“Products which is having low initial investment, high yield, low farming time, easy to culture and readily acceptable and packed for export”

*Location: IBADAN*

*Salary: VERY ATTRACTIVE*

*Commission: Beyond salary COMMISSION will be paid based on performance and high yield.*
