Look for a lawyer in Lagos that has experience in litigating child maintenance disputes. If you can’t find one, I can recommend one for you.

Unfortunately this is Nigeria even though you get a judgment awarded to you, enforcement is another issue. I am sorry but you have to be prepared to be the only parent in your child’s life.
