How you know your national soccer team is bad, is when this is how the citizens hope they qualify..
It is really embarrassing indeed

Nigeria! Always doing this since 1902. No wonder we are very great at gambling or if you wish, a reason why gambling is a very lucrative biz in naija.

We Bleep.ing love permutations. If and if and if. Maybe we go finally find X if we keep searching.

Even on the streets, their ladies are smarter. I observed this in UK and Netherlands. Here Ladies just want to cry pampering. Falcons lack initiative brilliancy and intelligence. They also appear lazy on the ball.

Accepted, they put up a good defence, lately but most defence usually break on pressure(mistake). They should be better on attack

Nigeria, on Monday night, lost 1-0 to hosts France in their last Group A game at the ongoing Women’s World Cup.

The Super Falcons held on for 75 minutes, before conceding a penalty that Wendie Renard converted at the second time of asking.

Before the game, it was almost certain that Thomas Dennerby’s ladies would finish third in the group, as Norway were going to face Korea Republic.

However, if they had gotten a point, the Falcons would have stood a bigger chance.

Nigeria’s chances, which are now slim, depend on results from other groups.

But there are only three spaces left, as China has already taken one of the slots reserved for the best third-placed teams.

For the African champions to qualify for the Round of 16, Scotland need to beat Argentina. Or at least hold the South Americans to a draw.

New Zealand must also hold Cameroon or if either side wins, it must not be by more than three goals.

Thailand, who have conceded 17 times already, should not lose by more than three goals to Chile.

The Falcons might even need Jamaica to pull off a shock win over Australia in Group C.

Group games will be concluded by Thursday, June 20.

This is not very clear. Does it mean all these conditions must be fulfilled or one of it is enough

Possible top 3rd place finishers

Group A
Nigeria

Group B
China

Group C
Australia

Group D
Argentina

Group E has Cameroun and New Zealand on -3 GD each. A 1 goal win by either takes either to -2 GD and will be make it a tie with Nigeria.

GROUP F has Chile and Thailand with Chile on -5 and Thailand on -17. Chile will need 3 un-replied goals to qualify.

Nigeria qualification now depends on France as the host nation...they knew the world saw the robbery they did to Nigeria and that spelt a bad image for the country n competition....so to redeem their image n the image of the competition in their country, they will arrange for a bad officiating in other matches so as to go the way of the super falcons.....
shebi na Thursday, let's watch n see!

Nigeria teams should have an official calculator sponsor for every tournament they play in.
Don't mind them. If you are good enough just win your games and stop depending on permutations and calculation. They may qualify and still get knocked out in the next round.

See stringent conditions.

Just as I predicted Norway beating Korea and France beating Nigeria.

I can tell you categorically now that the first option Scotland beating Argentina and Jamaica beating Australia are future impossible tense.

It ain't happening.Take it anyway... This is football we are talking about not comedy.

Others seem possible though.

What if they qualify to the knockout round is 90 percent accurate that they we likely be playing a tougher team let's say like Germany or Yankee girls the usa.

I still see our girls qualifying to the next round but

I don’t want to watch the humiliation the Germans will bring upon us in the round of 16.
Is it the same Germans I watched play against S.A yesterday? Abeg, they're not good as I expected. Infact, if worse come for worse, we can hold them to a draw resulting to penalty kick
