On June 25, 2009, the world lost Michael Jackson, one of music's true greats.

Ten years after his death, we remember the King of Pop as a pioneer whose work remains a huge part of our cultural consciousness. The
legendary artist began his career at just 9 years old when The Jackson Five signed to Steeltown Records in 1967. He was only 11 when, after signing with Motown in 1969, the
group had their first single, "I Want You Back," hit number one in 1970. A two-time Rock and Roll Hall of Fame inductee, Jackson
continued to write and record original work for four decades, and still holds the record for best-selling album of all time for his 1982 record,"Thriller."

We continue to hear his genius talent as both a vocalist and songwriter in hits like, "Beat It," "Billy Jean," "Bad," "Smooth Criminal," "Man In The Mirror" and "The Way You Make Me Feel."

Oh what a privilege to grace the FTC on my all time idle's thread. Sleep on the best thing to ever happen to POP music. I nearly criticized your choice of skin color till I realized you did it because of the skin complications you started having, never was it your choice but fate made you to.
To those drowning in ignorance because of this, I pray they know the truth soon.


For those that killed you, I have nothing to say for your after life is even better than their existence.

I'd tell my unborn kids how great you were and of course "is" still.

Many people are carried away by MJ's dancing, his swags, beauty, paparazzi, controversy etc

But if u take time to listen to the King of Pop's music you'll know that greatness is not by mouth or show.

That is why I pity some men of God criticising this man up-and-down as if they did not dance or mimic the Michael Jackson dance steps when they were young.

A great man will always be remembered. RIP Michael
