Oga don't go, cause any certificate you did not tender can not be accepted after you have gotten the job.

Be patient, the future is bright

Wow!

Well, there's absolutely nothing wrong with you wanting to get yourself busy rather than being idle or venturing into something bad.

But Bruv, if I must be truthful. I can't advise any of my person to go into Nigerian police force after two years of graduation.

If U really like joining d PF, go ahead for d screening/ interview.
Unlike d army,u can apply for ASP when there is vacancy for such coz I witnessed it 2009 when I applied as a specialist.

Why don't you have a little patience, the right job will find you, as a graduate you will be settling for less for going for that police job, the salary is poor even if you start with a higher rank than a sergeant accept you want to add corruption to it you will hardly be able to live on your salary. It is even better if you apply for navy recruition than a police job.

On the contrary the pay is quite good compared to earning peanuts, as a corporal or sergeant you get a take home of about 55k or thereabout..

You can use this as a spring board and when u v saved enough or figured out a new job then u can opt out but it's gonna be hard to up your ranks by tendering your degree.

He graduated in 2017, then most likely finished his NYSC in late 2018, so he has not even searched for a job for up to a year.

Nigerian police is a no no as a recruit with your degree lying waste because your degree won't be recognized. You will be the one doing those dirty jobs of the police. Nigerian police is not ready for rebranding. You are free to make your choice.

There are many who graduated since 2010 and still can't get jobs, 2017 and he is complaining. If he is ready to be answering "yes sir" to his fellow graduates, then it's okay by him. It's a matter of choice.

Yes, its not even hard to do so, only that you will have to pay 3 months of your salary into an NPF account plus your resignation letter. My uncle was a police officer before getting a lecturing job in AAU, ekpoma then he resigned and went for the lecturing job after getting his Masters from d police job.
Those of u saying police is no job, its better than most Nigerian jobs graduate do out there in d name of being employed.

Even after getting his Masters degree he still spent additional two years in the force before getting a lecturing job. Note that he entered as a constable, a Masters degree holder was a constable in the force (The lowest rank). An accounting graduate for that matter.

Nigeria is a joke.
